: Overall, we had a really nice time. It was a good property/location. Decent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. They helped organize a taxi from the airport and back which cost 200 dirhams each way for two people. We would recommend others to stay at the property.
: Very minor- hair dryer, room phone, and TV remote didnt work.

: The location was good as it was in the Medina. At night the riad looked very pretty. The salon and other shared areas were well presented.
: The pictures on line were not representative of what the rooms actually looked like! We paid for a standard room and a suite but the suite was smaller than the standard room and neither room was bright and colorful as the pictures showed. They offered us a different room when we queried it but again the alternative was disappointing. Reception said that they were having internet issues that day as there were works taking place outside. We visited several other nearby cafes and restaurants during the day and a half we were there and was able to use their Wi-Fi without any issue so am unsure as to whether they were being truthful. The electrics were questionable in the room and even though check out was at midday we went out for breakfast at 10am and when we returned an hour later our beds had been stripped and the towels had been taken. We asked whether they would look after our bags for us as we were not leaving until 4pm and they said they would. We left them outside the office door in a public space and asked if they would be put somewhere safe and they said they would. When we returned 4 hours later they were still where we left them.
